- trace or photograph a selection of shadows, every day, when you feel like it, whenever and whatever you like.
- you could even take a series of photographs (or tracings) of the shadow of a single object as the sun moves by it throughout the day.
- fill in the shadow spaces with other materials - drawings, writing, decorative paper, etc., or paint each of them a different colour.
- cut them out and create a collage with them.
- turn the shapes into drawings of the things they're shadows of, or something else entirely.
