Taking a dip in the world of found poetry, go through your journals, diaries, letters, and other writings, looking for fragments that capture your eye - maybe ones that focus on specific thoughts, emotions, moods, or ideas - and arrange them into a verse style of your choosing to create something new.

You could also choose to order them:

• alphabetically, or the reverse
• by number of words - shortest to longest or vice versa
• visually, to create a specific image or the suggestion of one
