Using assorted found objects like wooden items, small jars, beads, sequins, bits of hardware, etc., affix them to the outside of a bird house.

You can sometimes find these at dollar stores pre-made.

If you plan to use it as a functional bird house and not just a piece of decor, make sure there's proper ventilation and holes big enough for access.
